In the Owners own words:
"Only 14,000 total chargers were made in 1967 the final year of the generation 1 fastback body style. This one is a true road warrior with 485,000 miles on the road.
My parents were the 2nd owners and I have loved this car since I was a little boy. After my parents died I started the restoration of this car.
Now it has all new floor pans, new trunk pan.
It was a pretty solid car but now also has had every body panel repaired or replaced as needed and is now perfectly straight and primed. I have a 440 short block built for it as well as a Pat Bliss built 727 Automatic Transmission. I have 1 1/2 interiors for the car still needing the restoration work done, and all the other parts that were removed from the car. I have the restoration receipts. It is mostly a put it back together project at this point.
Don't really want to part with it, but its time for this awesome car to find it's new home and get finished the way it deserves to be."
This is an amazing opportunity for a builder who wants the best 1st generation Charger, with lots of the expensive work already done. You almost never find this kind of a deal out there. Grab it while you can!
